1. Information we handle
The information involved depends on the features you use:
- Account information: your name, email address, account identifier, and profile information you provide when creating or updating an account, including through Google sign-in.
- App activity and preferences: session history, favorites, progress, achievements, reminders, and playback settings used to provide your listening experience. Some settings and downloaded audio are stored on your device.
- Notifications: notification permissions and device messaging tokens used for enabled notification features.
- Purchases: where premium purchases are enabled, subscription status, product identifiers, and purchase-related identifiers needed to manage access and restore purchases. Payments are processed by the app store.
- Support messages: your contact details and any information you choose to include when contacting us or submitting feedback.
- Technical information: service providers may process network information, device or app identifiers, and diagnostic information as needed to deliver their services. Advertising services may process advertising-related data when ads are enabled.
2. How information is used
Information is used to operate accounts, deliver audio content, remember preferences, provide progress features, send enabled notifications, manage premium access, respond to support requests, and maintain the service. Where advertising is enabled, advertising providers use information to deliver and measure ads according to their settings and policies.
3. Service providers and external links
Mind Rewire uses third-party services to provide app features. Depending on the app version, enabled features, and your choices, these include:
- Supabase for authentication, account data, and app content.
- Google services for Google sign-in, Firebase messaging, Google Play purchases, and AdMob advertising where enabled.
- RevenueCat for subscription and purchase entitlement management where enabled.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies and may operate in countries other than your own. Links to Google Play and other external websites are governed by those services’ policies.
4. This website
This landing website does not include an analytics script, advertising tracker, or contact form. Your browser connects to our hosting provider to load the pages and images; technical request information, such as an IP address, may be processed by the hosting service. Email and phone links open your chosen communication app. Information you send through those channels is used to respond to your request.
5. Your choices and requests
You can manage notification permissions and other app permissions in your device settings. Advertising controls are available through your device and Google settings. You can manage or cancel a Google Play subscription through your Google Play account; uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
To ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion of your account and associated data, email rapideax@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. Use “Mind Rewire — Data request” as the subject and describe your request. We may need to verify ownership before acting on it. Some information may need to be retained for transaction records, security, legal obligations, or resolving disputes.
6. Retention and security
Information is kept as needed for the features you use, support requests, and applicable operational or legal requirements. Device-stored settings and audio can be removed through app storage controls or by uninstalling the app. Server-side account data requires a separate deletion request. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure; please avoid including sensitive personal information in support messages.
7. Children’s privacy
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information that should be removed, contact us so we can review the account and the request.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this page when the app or our information practices change. The date above shows the latest revision.
